titleOfInvention | Finishing technology of nano-silver antimicrobial textile |
abstract | The invention relates to a finishing technology of a nano-silver antimicrobial textile. The finishing technology comprises the work procedures of finishing a gray fabric of a semi-finished textile, softening for shaping and drying for shaping. The finishing technology is characterized in that during the work procedure of softening for shaping, the gray fabric is completely soaked in a nano-silver ion material liquid for 1-120 minutes and then is taken out, washed by water and dried in air to obtain the nano-silver antimicrobial textile, wherein the nano-silver ion material liquid is obtained by means of mixing 0.01%-5% by weight of an amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer, an aqueous solution of quaternary ammonium salt of the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer, and a silver nitrate solution with molality of 0.01-0.5 mol/L. The textile, produced by the finishing technology adopting a manner of completely soaking the gray fabric of the textile in the nano-silver ion material liquid in the softening for shaping of the gray fabric and then drying the gray fabric, has remarkable antibacterial and mildew-proof effects and lasting functions, has health-care functions such as removal of undesirable odor, and can endure multiple times of water washing and repeated dry-cleaning. |
