abstract The invention discloses a kit for detecting drug sensitivity of rectal cancer cells based on gene variation analysis, which comprises the following substances: (1) rectal cancer cell pharmaceutical agents; (2) the magnetic nanoparticle indicator fluid A is characterized by comprising a magnetic nanoparticle indicator fluid A which is subjected to surface modification through a green fluorescent protein labeled wild P53 protein antibody; (3) the magnetic nanoparticle indicator fluid B comprises a magnetic nanoparticle indicator fluid B which is subjected to surface modification through a red fluorescent protein labeled anti-mutation P53 protein antibody; (4) substrate medium and dilution buffer. The invention simultaneously calculates and measures the sensitivity of the patient to the drug by using the expression quantities of the wild P53 gene protein and the mutant P53 gene protein, has more prominent individuation and more accurate detection result, screens more sensitive drugs for the treatment of the disease, and selects the optimal chemotherapy scheme.
