The present disclosure provides methods and kits for treating or slowing the progression of hematological malignancies by administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of: (i) at least one of PI3 kinase (PI3K)-delta Inhibitors (eg TGR-1202); (ii) at least one anti-CD20 antibody (eg ublituximab); and (iii) at least one anti-PD-1 antibody (eg pembrolizumab) or anti-PD-L1 Antibodies (eg atezolizumab). Treatment options are also provided. |
