Provided herein are highly potent combinations of compounds of formula A (PI3Kδ selective inhibitors) with anti-CD20 antibodies for the treatment and amelioration of PI3Kδ and/or CD20 mediated diseases and disorders. In particular, the combination can be used in the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases. More particularly, the present invention provides a combination of a compound of formula A or a stereoisomer thereof and ublituximab for treating and/or improving hematological malignancies such as leukemia and lymphoma. |
