titleOfInvention | Preparation method of slow-release bacteriostatic agent |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a slow-release bacteriostatic agent. The derivative and diethanol amine are subjected to amidation reaction to obtain the functionalized beta-cyclodextrin derivative. The amphiphilic beta-cyclodextrin polymer is synthesized by taking azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator and tetrahydrofuran as a solvent and carrying out free radical polymerization on the functionalized beta-cyclodextrin derivative and monomers such as styrene, butyl methacrylate and the like. The beta-cyclodextrin polymer and aspirin are subjected to stepwise dropping method to prepare the beta-cyclodextrin polymer/aspirin inclusion compound, and the beta-cyclodextrin polymer enables the inclusion compound to have good slow release performance. The invention successfully prepares the slow-release bacteriostatic agent which has better slow-release performance and anti-adhesion performance. |
