The present invention relates to a thermally conductive acrylic adhesive tape comprising 600-800 parts by weight of a metal hydroxide and 100 parts by weight of an acrylic copolymer based on at least one (meth)acrylic acid Alkyl ester and 1-30 parts by weight of polar group-containing monomer, wherein the thermally conductive acrylic adhesive tape further comprises 10-50 parts by weight of phosphoric acid ester and 10-50 parts by weight of plasticizer. In addition, a method of producing the thermally conductive acrylic adhesive tape is disclosed. |
