abstract A method for the purification of muscle protein, through the influence of different solution matrices on the separation and purification: adjusting the concentration of KCl, ATP, ammonium sulfate (AS), using ATPase activity as the indicator parameter of protein denaturation, and analyzing the dissociation of each myofibrillar protein component and the precipitation rule, and determine the separation and purification conditions of actin, myosin and paramyosin; its beneficial effects are: compared with the traditional protein purification method, the protein purified by the new method has a small degree of denaturation, and the purification process is simple. Dissolution and fractionation precipitation can efficiently purify actin, myosin and paramyosin in smooth muscle of aquatic invertebrates, saving the purification cost to the greatest extent.
