The invention discloses a method for inducing soybean hairy roots and soybean mosaic virus (ARISHR-SMV) disease system by agrobacterium rhizogenes and an application thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps of (1) infecting soybean cotyledon with agrobacterium rhizogenes to induce callus; (2) purifying Soybean Mosaic Virus (SMV); (3) inoculating the soybean callus with the purified SMV particles; (4) and (4) detecting the SMV content in the soybean hairy roots. The method of the invention is successfully applied to 9 SMV strains, can quickly and effectively identify the functions of SMV related genes, provides functional markers or genes for molecular marker-assisted breeding or transgenic breeding, and has great application potential. |
