The zymocyte urate oxidase is recombined into high-activity alkaline urate oxidase, can degrade, measure and detect samples in an alkaline environment, has wider alkaline measurement range and higher catalytic efficiency than the reported enzymes, is favorable for improving the production efficiency and reducing the cost, and is more favorable for industrial application. The kit for detecting the content of the uric acid by using the alkaline urate oxidase through the colorimetric method has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity and simple method. The low-purine food is developed by using the alkaline urate oxidase, and has higher application value in the low-purine food.
