The invention discloses a method for promoting differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neurons, comprising the following steps: 1) preparing human mesenchymal stem cells and subculturing them; 2) making the human mesenchymal stem cells after subculture in a differentiation medium Medium differentiated adult mesenchymal stem cells - neurospheres; 3) differentiated human mesenchymal stem cells - neurospheres into neurons in an induction medium. The results showed that cells expressing mature neural markers (MAP2ab) and immature neurological markers (β-tubulin III) were significantly improved relative to the blank control. .
