abstract In order to prepare flexible perovskite solar cells based on Mo‑TiO 2 ‑AgNWs, firstly, the purchased ultrafine silver nanowires were dispersed into a mixed solution of ionic liquid (EMIMBF 4 ) and ultrapure water (volume ratio 1:5~10), The AgNWs were uniformly dispersed by continuous stirring, and the AgNWs were deposited on the polybutylene terephthalate (PET) substrate by spin-coating deposition technique to obtain a transparent electrode; secondly, Mo ion doping and AgNWs were simultaneously introduced into the TiO2 precursor solution , spin-coating deposition to obtain Mo‑TiO 2 ‑AgNWs electron transport layer, followed by deposition of C 60 self-assembled monolayer; finally, two-step continuous deposition of CH 3 NH 3 I solution and PbI 2 solution to obtain CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 , The hole transport material (Spiro‑OMeTAD) was deposited by spin coating and the Au counter electrode was deposited by vacuum evaporation.
