abstract |
The disclosure relates to a method for preparing an organic light emitting diode display substrate and the prepared organic light emitting diode display substrate. The method includes: sequentially forming an auxiliary electrode and an insulating layer having at least one via hole on a base substrate; forming an organic light-emitting layer on the insulating layer; injecting a conductive liquid into the via hole, and the conductive liquid solidifies and then electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode; and forming a cathode layer on the organic light-emitting layer, and the cathode layer is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode through the conductive liquid solidified in the via hole. According to the preparation method of the OLED display device provided in the present disclosure, the voltage drop of the cathode layer can be effectively reduced, which is beneficial to the preparation of a large-size display screen. |
