The organic light emission device comprises a substrate, a first electrode and an auxiliary electrode formed on the substrate, wherein a gap is formed between the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode on a projection surface of the substrate, the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode are electrically insulated from each other, a pixel defining layer is arranged between the first electrode ad the auxiliary electrode, an organic material layer is formed on the pixel defining layer, the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode, a second electrode is formed on the organic material layer, and a conducting element passes through the organic material layer to be electrically connected to the second electrode and the auxiliary electrode.
