The present invention relates to a compound of formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 represent hydrogen or a deuterium atom; R3 represent a hydrogen atom or -COOH, -OH or -OPO(OH) 2 groups; R4 represent a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom; R5 represent hydrogen atom or -OH group; wherein R3 or R5 at least one is not a hydrogen atom; if R3 represents -COOH, -OH or -OPO(OH) 2 groups, then R5 represents a hydrogen atom; if R5 represents a -OH group, R3 and R4 then represent a hydrogen atom; and R6 is selected from an optionally substituted phenyl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl or heterocycloalkyl group. The present invention also relates to the preparation of the compound of formula (I) and to the therapeutic use of the compound of formula (I) as an estrogen receptor inhibitor and degradation agent, especially for the treatment of cancer. |
