titleOfInvention | SNP molecular marker influencing number of pig red blood cells |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of pig molecular marker screening, and relates to an SNP molecular marker influencing the number of pig red blood cells. The molecular marker is particularly related to 80-day-old pig red blood cell number character SNP molecular marker, the gene with the self-login number of MARC0065518 is cloned, and the gene is subjected to typing screening by a gene chip technology to obtain the molecular marker related to the number of pig red blood cells infected by polymyose, wherein the nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is shown as SEQ ID NO:1, having an allelic mutation of T/C at base 101 of the sequence which results in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 sequence produces a polymorphism. And when SEQ ID NO: a nucleotide number 101 of 1 is C, indicating that the pig has a higher number of erythrocytes. The invention discloses a method for screening molecular markers and application of correlation analysis of the molecular markers. The invention provides a new SNP molecular marker for marker-assisted selection of swine immune traits, particularly erythrocyte numbers. |
