abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a sol impregnation-gelation-freeze drying-carbonization combined nitrogen self-doping three-dimensional porous iron-based nano catalyst, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing active component precursor salt, auxiliary agent precursor salt and chitosan and/or chitosan derivative sol of a support body, then stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain high-viscosity slurry, then performing gelation treatment and freezing treatment to obtain a three-dimensional through macroporous structure catalyst intermediate, and then performing carbonization treatment on the intermediate in an inert atmosphere to obtain the nitrogen-doping three-dimensional porous iron-based nano catalyst. The catalyst iron nanoparticles prepared by the method have high dispersity and good stability, and are suitable for the reaction of preparing low-carbon olefin by high-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
