titleOfInvention | Blowing protection device and method and rare earth fluoride salt electrolysis device |
abstract | The invention discloses a blowing protection device, a blowing protection method and a rare earth fluoride salt electrolysis device, wherein the blowing protection device comprises a first gas cylinder, a second gas cylinder and a storage mechanism, wherein the first gas cylinder is used for storing a first inert gas; the first blowing pipeline is communicated with the first gas bottle to convey first inert gas; the second gas cylinder is used for storing second inert gas; the storage mechanism is used for storing rare earth fluoride; the second gas blowing pipeline is simultaneously communicated with a second gas bottle and the storage mechanism to convey a mixture of a second inert gas and the rare earth fluoride; the blowing direction of the first blowing pipeline and the blowing direction of the second blowing pipeline form a preset included angle. According to the blowing protection device and method for the graphite anode in rare earth fluoride salt electrolysis and the rare earth fluoride salt electrolysis device, provided by the invention, the electrolyte and the rare earth fluoride are blown to the graphite anode in the electrolysis process to form a continuous and stable protection layer, so that the whole protection in the service cycle is realized, and the service life of the graphite anode is prolonged. The graphite anode is not required to be pretreated, so that the cost is slightly increased. |
