The preparation method of the present invention cleverly designs the synthesis route. The two optically pure isomers obtained by splitting the carboxylic acid compound are comprehensively utilized through different reaction routes respectively, and finally the target compound is obtained, which improves the optical purity while ensuring the optical purity. The utilization rate of the isomer is improved, and the tedious steps of racemization and re-resolution of the other half of the isomer are omitted.
