titleOfInvention A class of organic catalysts with visible light catalytic asymmetric photocatalytic hydroxylation performance, preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of visible light catalysis asymmetric organic synthesis, and provides a class of organic catalysts with visible light catalysis asymmetric photocatalytic hydroxylation performance, a preparation method and an application thereof. The catalyst is composed of an asymmetric organic catalyst and a visible light photosensitizer through the combination of chemical bonds to form a kind of organic catalyst with visible light catalytic asymmetric hydroxylation performance. This type of catalyst has successfully realized the catalytic activation of C-H bonds to form asymmetric C-O bonds under visible light environment, using molecular oxygen as the oxidant; especially catalyzing the asymmetric α-hydroxylation reaction of β-dicarbonyl compounds to prepare α ‑Chiral hydroxy β‑dicarbonyl compounds in the most compact way. The invention has mild reaction conditions, good substrate applicability and environmental friendliness. The catalyst is easily separated from the substrate, has stable performance, can be recycled for many times and maintains the catalytic effect, and has good application and development value.
