abstract The invention provides a composite aerogel fiber felt and a wet composite preparation method thereof, wherein the composite aerogel fiber felt comprises a plurality of tightly connected single-layer aerogel fiber felts, each single-layer aerogel fiber felt comprises aerogel slurry and a fiber felt, the aerogel slurry is distributed in the inner part and the surface of each fiber felt, a plurality of long fibers are inserted in the composite aerogel fiber felt in a penetrating manner, and two ends of each long fiber extend out of the upper side and the lower side of the composite aerogel fiber felt. According to the composite aerogel fiber felt and the wet composite preparation method thereof, the aerogel and the single-layer fiber felt are compounded in a spraying or brushing mode, so that continuous production can be realized, the adhesive component added in the wet method provides connection of chemical bonds for the aerogel and the fiber felt, the strength of the connection is much higher than that of the connection between the aerogel and the fiber felt through intermolecular force in the prior art, and the powder falling condition is avoided.
