abstract | The invention discloses an enzymatic conversion preparation method of gamma-L-glutamyl n-butylamine, which comprises the following steps: (1) culturing and fermenting the strain with the gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase activity in a culture medium, and centrifuging fermentation liquor to obtain wet thalli containing the gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase; (2) adding a conversion solution into the wet thalli, wherein the conversion solution comprises: l-glutamic acid-gamma-methyl ester, n-butylamine and one of 3-methoxybutyl acetate, butyl acetate, pentanol and n-hexanol; (3) performing enzymatic reaction at 35-50 deg.C and pH of 6-11, and separating by isoelectric point crystallization to obtain gamma-L-glutamyl n-butylamine. The invention has the advantages that: the enzymatic conversion preparation method of the gamma-L-glutamyl n-butylamine has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, strong enzyme stereoselectivity, high catalytic efficiency, low cost and simple process flow. |
