The present invention provides a class of compounds targeting FAK, the structure of which is shown in the following formula (I), wherein X is a N atom or a C atom substituted by Cl; R 1 is -OH, -O-CH 2 -CH 2 -OH Or -O-CH 2 -CH 2 -F; R 2 is methylamino or dimethylamino. The present invention also provides a class of radiolabeled compounds targeting FAK. The compound of the present invention has an excellent inhibitory effect on FAK kinase activity in vitro; its radiolabel has ideal biodistribution in the body of S180 tumor-bearing mice. The invention also provides the preparation method of the compound and its radiolabel and the application in the preparation of tumor medicine. |
