The invention discloses a mitochondrial-targeted hypochlorous acid ratio fluorescent probe based on a fluorescence resonance energy transfer mechanism, which is characterized in that: the ratio fluorescent probe uses a coumarin fluorophore as an energy donor, and a styrene-based The benzothiazolium salt is used as an energy acceptor to form a fluorescence resonance energy transfer combination pair, and its chemical structural formula is shown in formula (I). The invention also discloses the application of the proportional fluorescent probe in detecting hypochlorous acid in PBS/DMF buffer solution and biological cells. Experiments have confirmed that the probe of the present invention can selectively react with hypochlorous acid, the color of the solution changes from orange red to colorless, which can be distinguished by naked eyes, the fluorescence changes from orange red to green, and the fluorescence ratio response is obvious. It can also be detected by ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence analyzed by photometry. It can realize trace high-sensitivity detection of hypochlorite in vitro, and intracellular ratio imaging, and is expected to play a role in clinical medicine and industrial production, and has important application value. |
