abstract The invention provides a heat-resistant adhesive sheet which is not easily deformed during heating. Disclosed is an adhesive sheet obtained by laminating an adhesive layer on a substrate, wherein the substrate exhibits heat shrinkability, and the adhesive layer contains a (meth) acrylate copolymer, a photopolymerizable compound, a polyfunctional isocyanate curing agent, and a photopolymerization initiator, and does not substantially contain a tackifier resin. The adhesive sheet is not deformed even after heating. Further, since the adhesive contains substantially no tackifier resin, softening of the adhesive layer does not occur even after heating.
