abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a porous material, which method comprises providing a mixture having a composition (A) comprising components suitable for forming an organogel and a solvent mixture (B), in the presence of the solvent mixture (B), reacting the components in composition (A) to form a gel, and drying the gel, wherein the solvent mixture (B) is a mixture of at least two solvents, and using the parameters of each solvent of the solvent mixture (B) The δ H determined Hansen solubility parameter δ H of the solvent mixture is in the range of 3.0 to 5.0 MPa −1 .
