The present invention provides a method for preparation of (R)-3, 5-bis trifluoromethyl phenethyl alcohol by asymmetric hydrogenation, and the propose of the method is as follows: in the condition of an aprotic solvent, the (R)-3, 5-bis trifluoromethyl phenethyl alcohol is obtained by chiral metal ruthenium compound (BIMAH catalyst) catalytic hydrogenation of 3, 5-bis trifluoromethyl acetophenone as a raw material by asymmetric hydrogenation. According to the method, water control of the entire system is simple compared with a traditional method using a protonic solvent as a reaction medium, and a ligand and a catalyst are simple in synthesis and easy in operation and are inexpensive. |
