The scale preparation of the paecilomyces lilacinus is realized by adopting a way of combining liquid state fermentation with solid state fermentation for the strain, namely, through four steps of the liquid state fermentation, the sterilization of a solid state fermentation substrate, the spray inoculation of the solid state fermentation substrate, and the culture of the substrate after the inoculation. The method has the advantages of high fermentation efficiency, short preparation period, simple preparation method and low preparation cost, the wide application of the paecilomyces lilacinus to agricultural disease control can be realized, and the actual demands of the high-efficiency and scale control of nematodes can be met.
