titleOfInvention Environment-friendly acidic chemical polishing solution and chemical polishing method
abstract The invention discloses an environment-friendly acidic chemical polishing solution. The acidic chemical polishing solution using concentrated sulfuric acid as a solvent comprises the following components: ammonium persulfate and magnesium aluminum silicate. A chemical polishing method comprises the following steps: firstly, placing a pre-treated workpiece in the polishing solution of which the soaking temperature is 90 DEG C-105 DEG C for polishing; and secondly, 4-7 minutes later, taking the workpiece out, rinsing the residual solution on the surface of the workpiece with distilled water and carrying out blow-drying. Since the environment-friendly acidic chemical polishing solution is free of nitric acid and no yellow smoke is generated, the working condition is improved and the surrounding environmental pollution is reduced; since the environment-friendly acidic chemical polishing solution is free of phosphoric acid, the chemical polishing wastewater is easy to treat so that the waste liquid treatment cost is reduced, the water body environmental pollution is also reduced and the chemical polishing method is simple in process flow and convenient to operate.
