The polymerized monomer used for the polymer solar cell donor material provided by the present invention is a fused ring lactam compound, which increases the effective conjugation length; the main chain of the polymer solar cell donor material obtained by polymerization has less torsion, The inter-chain π-π interaction is strong, and the molecular packing order is high, which significantly improves the carrier mobility and energy conversion efficiency of the polymer; the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the obtained polymer solar cell is ≥ 5%. |
