The fruit and vegetable preservative has good preservation effect and is safe, and meanwhile the prepared edible resin replaces a refine bleached glue which is used as the raw material in the prior art to prepare the fruit and vegetable preservative, so that the complexity of the prior production process of the refine bleached glue is changed, the production cost of the preparation method is reduced, the production flow is simplified, the energy source is saved, and the fruit and vegetable preservative is more environmentally friendly.
