abstract The invention discloses blue quantum dot composite particles, as well as a preparation method, a photoelectric element and a photoelectric device thereof. Each blue quantum dot composite particle comprises a core and a shell for cladding the core, wherein the core is a blue quantum dot; the shell is formed by a polymer; and gold nanoparticles are chemically modified on the outer surface of the shell. The preparation method of the blue quantum dot composite particles comprises the following steps: cladding the polymer on the surface of the blue quantum dot by using a seed emulsion polymerization method; carrying out hydrolyzed modification on the polymer, so that carboxyl functional groups are formed on the surface; and the gold nanoparticles modified by amino functional groups on the surfaces are combined with blue quantum dots with the carboxyl functional groups on the surface by using a chemical coupling effect, so as to obtain the blue quantum dot composite particles. The blue quantum dot composite particles disclosed by the invention are high in fluorescence efficiency.
