abstract | The application discloses a thin-film solar cell module (1) which is substantially translucent in at least a first wavelength region. The module includes a photovoltaic layer (20) arranged to receive solar radiation and convert solar radiation in at least a second wavelength region different from at least the first wavelength region into electrical energy, the module may also include a selectively reflective layer ( 30) positioned against the optoelectronic layer for selectively reflecting radiation in said second wavelength region transmitted by the optoelectronic layer. The module further includes another photoelectric layer (40) for absorbing and converting radiation in at least a second wavelength region into electrical energy, the selective reflection layer (30) is arranged between the photoelectric layer (20) and the other photoelectric layer (40 ), wherein at least the first wavelength region includes a first wavelength band from 350nm to 500nm and a second wavelength band from 600nm to 700nm, and the second wavelength region includes a wavelength range extending from 500nm to 600nm. |
