titleOfInvention Method for preparing corn starch
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing corn starch and in particular to a method for preparing porous starch. According to the invention, the method for preparing the porous starch comprises the following steps: (1) adding raw corn starch into a reaction kettle, adding a citric acid buffer solution, and making starch slurry; (2) putting the starch slurry obtained in the step (1) into a water bath kettle at 55 DEG C and preheating for 10 min, then adding alpha-amylase and saccharifying enzymes at a weight ratio of 5:1 to 7:1, wherein every gram of starch is 6 to 10 U in the alpha-amylase, and reacting at 54 to 58 DEG C in an ultrasonic wave-microwave combined reaction system for 30-50 min, wherein the power of the ultrasonic wave is 350 to 450 W, and the power of the microwave is 140 to 160 W; and (3) drying the starch obtained in the step (2) at 60 DEG C under normal pressure, and grinding and sieving with a sieve of 100 meshes to obtain the porous starch. According to the method for preparing the porous starch, the corn starch is subjected to zymohydrolysis, and the porous starch is prepared by the ultrasonic wave-microwave co-processing at the same time; therefore, the method is highly-efficient, pollution-free and green.
