abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of roxburic acid. The method is as follows: 1) crushing dried rosa roxburghii tratt fruits, adding 5-10 times the amount of 70%-99% ethanol solution, performing reflux extraction for 2-3 times, concentrating an extraction solution till no alcohol exists, adding into macroporous resin for adsorption, performing gradient elution with ethanol solution, collecting eluate, performing reduced pressure concentration, adding the equal volume of petroleum ether, fully stirring, collecting a petroleum ether layer and filtering to get a crude extract; 2) dissolving the obtained crude extract using 5-10 times the amount of 70-80% ethanol, adding activated carbon to decolor, concentrating filtrate till the alcohol concentration is 30%-50%, then crystallizing, further heating and dissolving crystals using 90%-95% ethanol solution, crystallizing for 2-3 times and drying. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is adopted for producing roxburic acid, the process is simple and convenient to operate, the purity of the obtained product is high, and the preparation method is easy for industrial production. |
