abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of isomalabaricane triterpenes (isomalabaricane triterpenes) jaspolide B with strong proliferation activity of inhibiting a human fibroblast-like synovial cell, and application thereof in the treatment aspect of rheumatoid arthritis. The compound is shown in a structural formula 1; the fibroblast-like synovial cell (FLS) of a sufferer with the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is utilized as a model for evaluating the activity of resisting the rheumatoid arthritis, so as to find out that the jaspolide B has strong proliferation activity of inhibiting the human fibroblast-like synovial cell; the IC50 value is 10 muM. By adopting the preparation method, a lead compound is provided for development of a new drug for resisting the rheumatoid arthritis; development and utilization of the medicinal value of marine sponge are facilitated.
