titleOfInvention Method for extracting osthole from fructus cnidii by subcritical fluid technique
abstract The invention discloses a method for extracting osthole from fructus cnidii by a subcritical fluid technique, which comprises the following steps: pulverizing the raw material fructus cnidii, adding into a subcritical extraction kettle, introducing a nonpolar organic reagent, dynamically extracting at 20-80 DEG C under the pressure of 0.3-1 MPa for 30-60 minutes, recovering the reagent from the obtained extract under reduced pressure, dissolving in alkaline water, filtering the solution, regulating to a neutral state, precipitating, filtering to obtain the precipitate, dissolving in a 95% ethanol solution under reflux to crystallize, and drying the crystals to obtain the osthole. The method for producing imperatorin has the advantages of simple technological operation and environment friendliness, and can easily implement industrialized production.
