titleOfInvention | Anticancer peptide gene recombination and anticancer application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a segment of recombinant polypeptide through an anticancer gene therapy pathway on the basis of the occurrence characteristics and the treatment difficulty, proves that the anticancer peptide gene recombination has anticancer application value, and provides a segment of specific protein sequence and a nucleotide sequence of anticancer peptide. A segment of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sequence corresponding to 35 amino acid polypeptides is subjected to gene recombination to pcDNA3.1 eukaryotic expression vector by a bioengineering technology. The cytology and mice tumor model experiment indicate that the recombinant polypeptide has important anticancer functions of inhibiting tumor cell activity and inhibiting occurrence and growth of the mice tumor model. The experimental base is provided for development of a new target point for treatment of tumor. The anticancer peptide gene recombination has important development and application prospects on clinical treatment of the tumor. |
