The invention provides a class of 3,4,5,-trisubstituted aminothiophene compounds, which use substituted benzene as a raw material to obtain 3,4,5 ,-Trisubstituted aminothiophene derivatives. The compounds and their salts provided by the present invention have been proved by pharmacological experiments to have obvious effects on blocking p53-MDM2 interaction, and have significant in vitro proliferation inhibitory activity on tumor cells, with IC 50 reaching μM level. The invention has reasonable design, wide sources of raw materials, simple and convenient preparation method, mild reaction conditions, high yield in each step, is suitable for practical use, and can be used in the preparation of antitumor drugs; the general structural formula of the invention is: . |
