abstract | The invention discloses a composite of survivin and sialylLewis and a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the composite is prepared from survivin and sialylLewis-x with non-covalent bonds, and the surviving has an amino acid sequence presented by SEQ ID No.2; in the preparation method, a cross-linking agent of survivin and streptavidin is firstly prepared and then combined with (sialylLewis-x)-polyacrylate sodium-biotin with high affinity of the streptavidin and biotin so that the composite of the survivin and the sialylLewis is prepared; the composite in the invention can successfully target dendritic cell surface specificity C-type agglutinin-intercellular adhesion molecule 3 to combine non-integrin molecules (DC-SIGN) with guide effect of sialylLewis-x, thereby promoting immune response of survivin specificity T cells and efficiently inducing tumor cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis; and the invention can be used for preparing tumor vaccines, and has good development and application prospects in the field of tumor immunotherapy. |
