abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing effective component group of water soluble Chinese cassia tree, which includes steps of adding crushed Chinese cassia tree raw material into a extraction kettle, using supercritical carbon dioxide as solvent to carry out first supercritical liquid extraction, wherein the first extraction technology condition are that the operating pressure in the extraction kettle is 9-17MPa, temperature is 33-49DEG C, and extraction time is 60-120 minutes; changing carbon dioxide supercritical fluid into common carbon dioxide gas which carries extract A, namely product A by pressure reduction and heating method; extracting residual product, namely crude product B, in the kettle; adding water as entrainer into the kettle, letting in supercritical carbon dioxide for carrying out secondary extraction to remove impurities such as cinnamaldehyde and coumarin, and extracting residual product, namely product C, in the kettle; wherein the product A is a product containing water soluble Chinese cassia tree effective component group: cinnamon oil and cinnamon oil resin; the crude product B is a product containing water soluble Chinese cassia tree effective component group: water soluble Chinese cassia tree powder; and the product C is a high water soluble Chinese cassia tree effective component group: high water soluble Chinese cassia tree extract. The products of the present invention greatly expands and increases medicinal value and use range of Chinese cassia tree. |
