The embodiment of the invention relates to a device for detecting analyte in a detection sample. The device includes a fluid network and an integrated circuit package. The fluid network comprises a plurality of regions, such as a sample region, a cleaning region and a detection region. A fluid region includes magnetic particles and/or signal particles. A sample containing analyte is added, the analyte acts with magnetic particles and/or signal particles through an affinity agent. A micro-coil array or mechanical movable permanent magnet is functionally coupled with the fluid network, which is enabled, thereby generating a magnetic field in a part of the fluid network and moving magnetic particles from the sample region to the detection region. A detection element is provided for detecting optical or electrical signals of the signal particles, thereby indicating existence of the analyte. |
