A composition for a coating, which comprises reactive particles (A) comprising inorganic oxide particles and, being chemically bound thereto, an organic compound having one or more polymerizable unsaturated groups in its molecule, a monomer or an oligomer (B) of an organic compound having a polyethylene oxide chain (the content in its molecule: not less than 50 % and less than 100 %) and two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups and having no aromatic ring or alkyl group containing seven or more carbon atoms in its molecule, a monomer or an oligomer (C) of an organic compound having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups except the above monomer or an oligomer (B), and a siloxane-based compound (D) having a dialkyl siloxane skeleton; and a hard coat film which comprises a base material film (11) and a hard coat layer (12) being formed by applying the above composition for a coating on one surface of the base material film and curing it through the irradiation of an ionizing radiation and having a thickness of 0.1 to 20 [mu]m. The above hard coat layer (12) is excellent in both of the easiness of swabbing a fingerprint mark and the anti-static property. |
