Soil-regenerating materials consisting, at least in part, of pulped waste paper as water-retaining material, with plant-nutrients adsorbed thereon, are produced by macerating waste paper (pref. with addn of H3BO3) pulping the prodt mixing with the plant nutrients, drying, and opt. adding other water-retaining materials (pref. peat dust and/or alumina). The prodt. ensures the controlled release of the nutrients and acts as a moisture regulator for the soil. |
