titleOfInvention emulsifying neem oil production process
abstract EMULSIBLE NEEM OIL PRODUCTION PROCESS. The production process of a product obtained by pressing the seeds of the Neem - Azadirachta tree fruit indicates mixed with another synthetic product in the proportion of 80% Neem oil and 20% Tali or. The product production process consists of the following procedures: cold pressing of Azadirachta seeds indicates, then by a filtration process to remove the larger particles, then by another filtration process and the refining thereof. The process of the production of the taili or is by the cooking of wood chips of Pinnus, being added soda, sodium sulfite under high temperatures to release the existing fiber. The product goes through a filter to remove residues of the chemicals used in its. production process, which in turn is reused. It is from lignin-based chemical group and its composition is: Moisture - 0.65%, Total Grease: 95.6% Free Acidity: 161.94mg KOH / g, Iodine: 140.89 Wijs. After producing the two products separately, they are stored in 200lts metal drums. The mixing and homogenization of the ingredients is done in two ways: one in a stainless steel pan with a mixer and the other manually using a wooden spatula. After homogenization the product is emulsified with a glass beaker containing drinking water. Once the emulsion has been checked, the product is then packaged in vials according to customer request, then all commercial procedures such as labels, labels with manufacture, validity, etc., are then ready to be stored and marketed.
