abstract The invention relates to a lactic acid beverage fermented with lactic acid microorganisms. It provides a purposeful beneficial effect on the human organism. It has pronounced probiotic properties with a wide spectrum of bioregulatory action, expressed in normalization and enrichment of gastrointestinal microflora. The taste, the type and the consistency of the beverage are improved. It consists of lyophilized monocultures of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, fermented product of fresh or reconstituted low lactose skimmed milk cow's milk and oligosaccharides sown with selected strains of Lactobacillus delbrukii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, sweetener, fruit supplements and / or bioactive dry plant extracts and / or biological additives, in particular bee products, optionally a vitamin supplement and / or flavors and colorants.
