abstract |
PEPTIDE p277 ANALYSIS AND PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS CONTAINING IT - A peptide having the structure of the p277 sequence of hsp60 in which both cysteine residues are replaced in valine residues or in which the Thr19 residue is replaced by a Lys residue has substantially the same biological activity with significantly improved stability as p277. The new p277 analogs can be used for all purposes for which p277 can also be used. |
