Synthesis of a polysaccharide comprising an antithrombin III binding domain composed of a series of five monosaccharides carrying a total of two carboxylic acid functions and at least four sulfate groups, this domain being extended at its end by a reductive thrombin binding domain comprising an array of 10 to 25 monosaccharide units selected from hexoses, pentoses or deoxy sugars all hydroxyl groups of which are independently esterified by the group (C1-C8 alkyl or esterified to form sulfo groups) and their salts, mainly pharmaceutically acceptable. The application contains four more independent and twelve dependent patent claims. |
