abstract Compounds of general formula (I): wherein: or R 1 and R 2, are identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon radical which may have at most 24 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated, optionally interrupted by one or more heteroatoms and which optionally have one or more functional groups, or R 1 and R 2, with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a heterocycle optionally containing one or more heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, or R 1 and R 2, together form a radical wherein R 1 and R'2, are the same or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon radical having at most 23 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated, optionally interrupted by one or more heteroatoms, and bearing one or more functional groups, and Z represents a hydrogen atom or a carboxylic acid residue which may have up to 18 carbon atoms, a curved line at position 10 indicates that the methyl may be of the R or S configuration or a mixture of the R and S configurations, as well as its addition salt and with the acids of the compounds of formula (I).
