abstract Tetrahydroisoquinoline Compounds of Formula (I): wherein: R1 represents one or more substituents selected from hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, C1-3alkyl groups optionally substituted by hydroxy, C1-3alkoxy, C1-3alkylthio, C1-3alkylsulfonyl , nitro, cyano, polyhalogenated C1-3alkyl, polyhalogenated C1-3alkoxy, phenyl groups optionally substituted by one or more substituents selected from halogens, C1-3alkyl or C1-3alkoxy groups, or R1 is a carbamoyl group optionally alkylated with one or two alkyl groups each independently containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R2 represents an aliphatic group of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by hydroxy or C1-3alkoxy; E is an alkylene sequence of 2 to 5 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or more C1-3 alkyl groups and G represents a phenyl group or phenyl substituted by one or more substituents which may be the same or different and independently represent C1-3alkyl, C1-3alkoxy , halogens, hydroxy, polyhalogenated C1-3alkyl, polyhalogenated C1-3alkoxy, cyano, C1-3alkylthio, C1-3alkylsulfinyl, C1-3alkylsulfonyl groups, phenyl groups optionally substituted by one or more substituents selected from halogens, C1-3alkyl or C1 -3alkoxy groups, carbamoyl groups optionally alkylated with one or two alkyl groups each independently containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms or G represents a phenyl ring fused to a heterocyclic or aromatic carbocyclic ring; and their O-acylated derivatives of formula (III): wherein R7 represents an acyl group derived from one carboxylic acid having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and R1, R2, E and G are as defined above, wherein O-acyl a group in the 5, 6, 7 or 8 position of the tetrahydroisoquinoline ring. - The application contains 1 more independent and 12 dependent requests.
