titleOfInvention NEW COMPOSITION OF INJECTION AND INFUSION SOLUTIONS OF ENROFLOXACIN AND PROCEDURE FOR ITS OBTAINING IT
abstract The invention relates to a new composition of injection and infusion stable solutions of enrofloxacin at a concentration of 1-10%, whose dissolution and conversion into stable Na or K salt is provided by the use of sodium or potassium hydroxide to obtain a basic pH of 10-11.5, with the addition of cosolvent diethanolamine to ensure the stability of the rewarded salt, ie. feedback is disabled. Ensuring microbiological stability was achieved by the addition of benzyl alcohol, and satisfactory pharmacokinetic and dynamic parameters as well as the elimination of potential toxicity and propylene glycol were added to achieve good local tolerance.
